The Foxconn insiders are blaming Apple for submitting designs for manufacturing that “are not robust enough and that the Apple software functions built into the phone are sucking juice out of the batteries to the extent that talk time is significantly compromised.”
Apple is betting on the success of the iPhone and moving developers from the core OS development. A sign of how sure Mr Jobs is that the mobile web tablet paradigm is the way of the future.
